The food is terrific. One of the better Chinese restaurants I’ve been to in a long time, but the service is not anything to praise. Giving us the check within 35 minutes while we’re still eating and without us even asking for it. Keeping in mind that there 6 of us.

Pretty good Chinese food in Princeton area. Food is tasty, well priced and generous serving!! Definitely give a try if you fancy some authors Chinese food in this area. It is very busy and might have to wait and eat fast, because they come and clear your table quickly.

This is one of my favorite real Chinese restaurant food in the area that I go to all the time, even though it's 20 min away. If you like authentic, spicy Sichuan food, which is hard to find in this area, they do it well here. I usually get Dry pepper dish with chicken, Twice cooked dish with pork belly, Mapo tofu, and string beans. String beans are actually pretty good. Zhu ge grilled whole fish was nice to have for a group. I order delivery a lot because it's too far, but eating in house is way better because everything is so fresh, completely different. You could order the American choices like General Tso's chicken or Chicken with broccoli, I tried and it's not bad, but it's such a waste when they cook so much better flavorful food. The people there are very nice. Don't be afraid to try the bigger dishes, they're definitely worth it!

After a couple of friends recommended this restaurant, my husband and I decided to give it a try since we were in the mood for Chinese cuisine. Just so you know, this restaurant promotes itself as an Asian Fusion spot. Upon entering, we were captivated by the beautiful mural and hanging lanterns that created an exotic ambiance. We were quickly seated and handed menus. Two ladies served us: one handed us the menu and later delivered our entrees, while the other took our orders. Since we came during lunchtime, we noticed there was a lunch menu. Here’s what we ordered: I chose the Fermented Black Bean Fish dish, which was packed with flavor and aroma from the fermented black beans. It had a perfect balance of sweet and salty, with the onions and peppers helping to tone down the strong saltiness. My husband ordered the Dry Pot with fish, which was cooked in a spicy sauce and included shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, bell peppers, and a generous amount of dry chili peppers. The heat from the chilis nicely complemented the delicate fish. Both dishes featured fish that was lightly battered, quickly stir-fried, and remained tender without being overwhelmed by the other ingredients. The waitress who handed us the menu and later delivered our dishes was incredibly pleasant, always smiling as she served us.

Food is great for the value, one of best Sichuan places we visit regularly even we have few more choices in the town we live. Dishes came with good portion, we end up packing left over for home for another meal.

Highly recommend this restaurant. My fiancee and I have visited several times and each time we are impressed. Dishes are authentic and delicious. In particular, we love the Golden Shrimp (very rare to find duck yolk battered shrimp in NJ) Salt & White Pepper Crispy Chicken (best version of this dish we've had so far in NJ), Fermented Black Bean with choice of meat, Cumin lamb, Dry Fried Broccoli with Chinese Bacon, Quick Stir Fried Lotus Root, and Spicy & Sour Shredded Potatoes. For dessert, their Sesame Ball Soup and Shu House Donuts are excellent as well. Dishes are beautifully presented with generous portion sizes and prices are fair. Restaurant is clean and tastefully decorated. Size of the dining area is small so make sure you arrive early or make a reservation. Staff are attentive, quick, and polite. It appears to be a family/small business so we do what we can to support them and hopefully others do as well.

Food is great, although there are many dishes are spicy but you can ask for mild. The owner is very friendly. Have to admit that at time they are very busy that you will have to wait a bit for a table. Other than that you cannot get the good quality taste food around the area.

The Sue House is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants and specializes in authentic Chinese cuisine, with a primary focus on Szechuan dishes. They also offer Taiwanese dishes. Every food is made with fresh ingredients. We enjoyed lots of spicy foods. Mara-tang, Spicy beef and tripe, and Fried chicken were good for me till now. I will try another menu next time. I think challenging other menus has become a pleasure for me. -. Taste of foods: 8/10 -. Freshness of Ingredients: 9/10 -. Staff Friendliness & Attitude: 9/10 -. Knowledge of Menu: 6/10 -.
